Cancellation Fee - Satellite Tv Service


I had an agent tell me on a recorded line that I would not be charged a cancellation fee if I discontinued service with Direct TV . I have called and asked Direct TV to review that call. The call was made on November 10, 2017. The agents who have worked with me are able to read notes but not able to review the recorded message. I know what I heard the agent said. I had another person on the call with me who also heard that I wouldn't be charged a cancellation fee. Would someone in your organization be willing to listen to that recorded call? I would like another review of this.
