checkering of TV screen duringing rain or clouds without rain - direct tv
I recently changed from ATT Unverse to Direct Tv in Decwmber because i was offed a discount($73.04} momth.I tould the salesman i'v had bad experiance with satilite tv checkering or loss of signal about 5 years ago.The salesman assured me that problem has been fixed and the signal is stronger so I would not have any loss of signal.
Well intermittantly i have loss signal with clouds with rain and clouds without rain.
Im stuck with with the service 5 months and not improved. Now im stuck with 18 months more contract or a $360 cancelation fee.Direct TV does not have a fix I would not recomened this sevice to anyone.I ask to transfer back to ATT Universe but would not do without charging cancelation fee $360.
