HORRIBLE


This company sucks when it comes to service. The employees dont know what they are doing. The left hand doesnt know what the right hand is doing. They steal customers money. Its not even fair. I called and spoke with an individual to disable the feature to purchase movies from the remote control. I have a 5 yr old who was ordering movies not knowing they cost money and I kept calling and asking how hes able to do this since its been disabled. They literally kept it happening for months and I didnt know and now im stuck with the bill. WHAT HAPPENED TO EMPLOYEES ACTUALLY DOING THEIR JOB???? I CALLED 3 MONTHS IN A ROW AND NOW 4. They told me every time the feature was disbled and it wasnt until today. I was told by a manager regardless the bill (who knows how much hes ordered and not watched bc he cant read and doesnt know and just clicks buttons) I will be responsible for the bill next month. Every month the bill increases ASIDE FROM THE CRAZY KID MOVIES.... if you want to monitor your bill every every month go with this company. I have a life AND DONT HAVE TIME TO CALL DIRECT TV EVERY MONTH!!!!!
