    This company sucks when it comes to service. The employees dont know what they are doing. The left hand doesnt know what the right hand is doing. They steal customers money. Its not even fair. I called and spoke with an individual to disable the feature to purchase movies from the remote control NOW 4 MONTHS IN A ROW. Come to find out it was done TODAY... NOT THE OTHER 3 MONTHS I CALLED.   • Fasle advertising, Lies, just took advantage of me

    I signed up for services with their marketers and was promised services for a price that I never have recieved, additionally, they put their guldy dish in my front yard which I constantly hear about from my neibors. Additionally, I have had nothing but issues the whole 3 months of service was so poor we can barely watch a 30 minute show without it pix-elating every three seconds.   • Poor Service

    I will refuse to pay a cancellation charge for poor service and Direct TV cannot produce a signed contract. I have sent back all of the equipment that they had asked for. The bill has been more than double what we were supposed to pay, so we had to call every month to rectify the bill. Bad service on Direct TV's part. Now to try and charge a fee for cancelling?     I had been a Direct TV customer for a year and a half and never had any issues and always paid my bill in full and on time. I recently moved and scheduled an appointment for an installation at my new address on July 21st 2011. Prior to the installation date I informed Direct TV that the technician would need to contact my Landlord so he was informed of the installation requirements, they stated that was ok and would note the account.     direct tv adds packages when you order service that are free for a few months but makes it very hard to get them off one's account as the web site does not allow cancellation of extra packages-no, no you have to call them. of course the web site does let you order all the extra packages you want. wonder why they make it easy to add to your bill and hard to delete from your bill?? then, when i call, the phone system goes in circles, click for customer service, the it circles back to beginning then yu get someone who can only SEll you something, then you have to get transferred and...     I initially purchased a Direct TV account through AT&T, mistake number one. During the placement of my order I informed my sales person CARL DAVIS of my current services which included an HD Receiver for my family room and basic cable for two of my childrens rooms. I specifically stated that I wanted the at a minium the same setup from DIRECT TV, which was an HD Receiver and basic service from from their company.
