  • checkering of TV screen duringing rain or clouds without rain

    I recently changed from ATT Unverse to Direct Tv in Decwmber because i was offed a discount($73.04} momth.I tould the salesman i'v had bad experiance with satilite tv checkering or loss of signal about 5 years ago.The salesman assured me that problem has been fixed and the signal is stronger so I would not have any loss of signal. Well intermittantly i have loss signal with clouds with rain and clouds without rain. Im stuck with with the service 5 months and not improved. Now im stuck with 18 months more contract or a $360 cancelation fee.Direct TV does not have a fix I would not... More...

  • Direct TV adds Protection Plan charges to account without permission $19.99

    This is the second time that Direct TV has added charges to my account without my knowledge or permission. The first time is was for a sports package that they thought I would enjoy. They added the charge in JULY, so that I would be sure not to miss any of the fall football!! This time, they added a protection plan to the tune of $19.99, bringing my bill to almost $170.00 per mo!!! I wonder how long they would have let the fraud go on???? I trusted them that they would only withdraw from my account the amount which we are in contract for and not a dime more. They seem to feel that... More...

  • Cancellation Fee

    I had an agent tell me on a recorded line that I would not be charged a cancellation fee if I discontinued service with Direct TV. I have called and asked Direct TV to review that call. The call was made on November 10, 2017. The agents who have worked with me are able to read notes but not able to review the recorded message. I know what I heard the agent said. I had another person on the call with me who also heard that I wouldn't be charged a cancellation fee. Would someone in your organization be willing to listen to that recorded call?
